Meet the Founders

Alan A. Rezaie, Founder & CEO

Alan A. Rezaie is a veteran entrepreneur, corporate strategist, and commercial asset advisor with over three decades of leadership across business operations, real estate management, and institutional consulting. As the Founder and Managing Partner of The Arvencia Group (formerly Finstar USA) and the mastermind behind the Registered Assets marketplace, Alan specializes in high-stakes business brokerage and the scaling of niche franchise sectors, with a primary focus on high-yield hospitality ecosystems.

Alan’s multi-decade entrepreneurial career is anchored by a deep academic foundation, having graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1990. He immediately applied this strategic foundation to the commercial sector, founding and operating Atlanta Floor Covering from 1993 to 2005, where he mastered the complexities of supply chain logistics, inventory management, and business scaling.

Transitioning his expertise into high-value asset markets, Alan served as a Sales Manager at Long & Foster Real Estate (Lafhal Associates) from 2005 to 2012, overseeing complex commercial and residential transactions, contract negotiations, and compliance structures. Recognizing a market need for elite property advisory, he went on to own and operate Washington Luxury Properties (2012–2014) and Metro Home Management (2012–2017), establishing a powerful track record in asset management, portfolio optimization, and legal frameworks.

Since 2017, Alan has led The Arvencia Group (formerly Finstar USA) as a premier professional advisory and consulting firm. By blending his extensive background in marketing, commercial real estate, and corporate operations, he engineered an end-to-end, institutional-grade transaction framework. Today, he utilizes this diverse expertise to help enterprise owners securely exit their businesses and to guide primary investors toward seamless, high-velocity transitions in specialized franchise and hospitality markets.
